OCNC Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Oregon Club of Northern California reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If the OCNC refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
Event Cancellation by the OCNC
The OCNC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the OCNC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
In the case of inclement weather, the OCNC will make every effort to reschedule the event. If we are unable to reschedule due to circumstances beyond the control of the club, a refund will be provided.
Ticket Purchase Policy
Any tickets purchased for any sporting event through the OCNC may not be exchanged and are not eligible for any refunds. Once a ticket order is placed it is considered a final sale. The club is not responsible for any errors made with regard to quantity of tickets purchased and you will be shipped the number of tickets you have ordered. We will be unable to accommodate any changes once your order has been placed. Orders will not be accepted after the order deadline has passed. If home game tickets remain 10 days prior to the date of the game, you will be able to purchase a second pair of game tickets. However, you will be limited to the purchase of two pairs of home game tickets during the season. Should the club become aware of tickets being sold on secondary markets, the opportunity to purchase tickets in the future will be revoked along with club membership.
